The women's health specialist held a talk at the Coffee Culture in Mittagong on May 23 to raise awareness.
60 people attended the sold-out event with all profits supporting the Gidget Foundation.
Sophie has personal experience with pelvic health issues and is passionate about raising awareness.
The thirty minute talk focused on prenatal, perinatal, postnatal and menopausal problems.
Sophie said many women experienced embarrassment and did not seek help.
"Women don't realise they can be out to dinner and every second person in the room is probably going through a similar thing," Sophie said.
"Women don't need to suffer in silence."
The experienced practitioner said women could get an initial consult at the clinic or see their GP.
"There is a lot of wrong advice going around," Sophie said.
"If you can't jump on the trampoline or go running with your kids because of leakage there is help available.
"The more people realise help is out there the better."
