The incidents, which happened at about 2.40pm on Thursday, March 28, took place in Burradoo Road.
On this day, a man went to a house for business reasons.
Police have been told as the man approached the front door he noticed it was damaged.
He then saw two men exit the house, both carrying crowbars, who demanded he hand over a computer tablet he was carrying.
The man complied, and the two men then ran to a blue Holden Commodore parked in the street before driving away.
Later in the evening, the occupant of the home returned and spoke with police about the break-in.
Southern Highlands Police officer-in-charge Inspector John Klepczarek said police were still appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage of a blue Holden Commodore in the area.
"We've had a good response from the public. We're working through each of those calls," he said.
