Wingecarribee Shire Council has appointed Complete Urban to provide design services for the development of a streetscape masterplan for Bowral's town centre.

Complete Urban specialise in designing quality public domain projects and infrastructure.
Their contractors will survey and collect information in and around Bong Bong Street and Corbett Plaza to include in a future streetscape masterplan.
This initial plan will include three potential concept options designed to improve the attractiveness of both Bong Bong Street and Corbett Plaza, while maintaining the distinct character of the township.
On completion this masterplan will be presented to council and the community for review and comment.
All feedback will be considered by the project team before a final masterplan is prepared and presented to councillors for final endorsement.
Once adopted this final document will form the basis of council's future capital works program and will inform future detailed designs and costings.
Typical items to be inspected by the contractors will include existing buildings and structures, underground services and drainage networks.
These inspections will be carried out intermittently throughout the month of April.
