Night roadworks will begin on the Hume Motorway from this week.
The scheduled road closures, from Wilton to the Princes Motorway on Mount Ousley Road, will take place from 7.30pm to 4.30pm from Sunday, February 17 to Monday, March 4.
The road will be closed in both directions.
A detour is in place via Appin Road and the Hume Motorway.
Light vehicles can also detour via Broughton Pass between Appin Road and Picton Road.
Light vehicles travelling between the Hume Motorway and Wollongong can also detour via Macquarie Pass.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time (up to 30 minutes), check signage and use an alternative route.
This closure is run in conjunction with the closure of the M1 Princes Motorway between Bulli Tops and Memorial Drive.
