Weller scored an unbeaten 113 to help Bowral record its second victory of the 2018/19 season.
He and Conor Murray, who also reached triple figures to get 112, put on a strong display of batting, scoring boundary after boundary.
Bowral captain David Spies said Weller had moved out of the area and would be a big loss for the team, both at the crease and with the ball in hand.
“What a way to go out,” he said. “It was two great individual efforts from Conor and Chris and it was really great to watch.”
Losing the toss again, Bowral was set a total of 267 for victory after Wingello finished its 45 overs at 6-266.
Skipper Grant Pike top scored with an unbeaten 55 and was well supported at the crease by Mitchell Finlayson (52).
Murray Burgoyne picked up three wickets for Bowral.
The two centuries then put Bowral in a good position to win the match, which they did.
Cameron Pike (two), Corby Mander (one) and Finlayson (one) took the wickets for Wingello.
Following Bowral’s second win on the trot, Spies said it was a good performance with the bat after his side had struggled to form partnerships in the opening rounds.
“Confidence is a wonderful thing. Wingello are a strong side. They have strength in all areas- they bat deep and have good bowlers.”

Bowral will now face Hill Top in this Saturday’s match, and after a loss in their last encounter, Spies said they hoped to come away with a third straight win.
Spies said he hoped they could win the toss this weekend and set a total rather than having to chase.
“With the ball we haven’t been as effective as we’d like to be and we’ve had to chase down big totals,” he said.
“But two wins is only two wins. We want to be winning in the back end of the season.” In the other first grade match, Robertson-Burrawang had an 80 run win over Hill Top.
Wining the toss and electing to bat, Robertson posted a total of 8-226 from 45 overs.
Dean Roxburgh came close to triple figures but was out for 93.
Captain Nathan Wright batted well for his 44 runs and the pair were the main run scorers for Robertson.
Lucas Carpenter (3-15) and Cameron Arlington (2-37) took the bulk of the wickets for Hill Top.
The Kookaburras were then dismissed for 146 from 34.3 overs.
Oliver Disher (41) made a start but was unable to convert it into a big score.
Josh Whitfield (24) and Dean Webb (20) also got starts for Hill Top. Nathan Ring finished with four wickets for Robertson, Mitchell Wright and Sean Young got two each and Jack Whitfield also finished with a wicket.
