Michael Stuart has been found alive and well in bushland in Mount Murray.
Mr Stuart has been taken to Bowral and District Hospital to be treated for minor injuries and dehydration.
UPDATE (Thursday, October 25 at 7am):
Emergency services will resume their search for missing Robertson man Michael Stuart this morning.
The Hume Police District, specialist police, the SES and a Westpac helicopter searched the Mount Murray area yesterday, however they were unable to locate the man.
UPDATE (Wednesday, October 24):
Emergency services are searching the Mount Murray area for missing man Michael Stuart.
This includes the Hume Police District, specialist police, the SES and a Westpac helicopter.
Goulburn Police Rescue is coordinating the search.
According to Southern Highlands Police, Mr Stuart was last seen wearing gym clothing and a black cap.
The search is expected to go until late in the afternoon.
EARLIER (Wednesday, October 24):
Police are appealing for public information as a search continues to locate a man missing in the Southern Highlands.
Michael Stuart, aged 44, was last seen by family members in Wollongong on Sunday, October 21.
Officers from The Hume Police District were contacted about 4.30pm on Tuesday, October 23, following reports an abandoned vehicle had been located in Mount Murray near Robertson.
Attempts to locate Mr Stuart were made by police and a search of the area was conducted, however he was not located.
His family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Mr Stuart is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, with a large build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are continuing to search the area for Mr Stuart today.
