With the club getting close to its 40th anniversary it will be an exciting time to be a part of water polo in the Southern Highlands.
The seniors play on a Monday evening at Frensham Pool, starting at 6pm for B grade, with the last A grade game concluding at 9pm.
It is a great game to develop fitness, to socialise and have fun.
It is also a sport with very few injuries, with the water taking pressure off limbs.
Players of all ages and ability are welcome.
The junior competition takes place on a Tuesday evening at the Bowral Pool from 5.30pm through to 9pm, with age divisions of 12 years, 14 years and 16 years.
The club is also seeking interest for an additional grade, FlippaBall, for the youngest and inexperienced players.
Registration will soon be available online – visit the club’s website for updates and to sign up for newsletters.
The first ‘social’ swim for the Club will be Monday, October 8 for the seniors and Tuesday, October 16 for the junior players before the competition proper gets fully underway the following weeks– October 15 for seniors and October 23 for juniors.
For those really wanting to hone up their fitness and skills there will be extra training sessions available on a Wednesday evening.
