The club’s AGM will be held tonight (May 14) at Mittagong RSL from 7pm.
A short open meeting will be held following the AGM formalities to start work on getting the support network going.
The new board roles have all been filled but the club needs help with other roles.
The 2017/18 summer season was a lot of fun with juniors playing at Bowral Pool and Opens at Frensham.
There were around 300 players this season across the two competitions and many juniors also played in the open competitions.
There were no upsets but two good games in this year's grand finals, with both the minor premiers in A grade and B grade taking out their respective grand finals.
In B grade Horton's Heroes defeated Bottlenose 10- 7.
Horton's Heroes had a great season but the other B grade teams all improved and the competition became closer as the months went by.
In A grade, Dolphins, won convincingly against Mariners 16-4.
Daniel Barnes scored a personal total of seven goals for the Dolphins.
The Dolphins at full strength were always in a class of their own in this competition.
The B Grade best and fairest awards went to John Jamieson (men) and Ally McCue (women).
B Grade Rookie of the Year was Allie Sims.
The A grade best and fairest awards went to, Jovie Winters (men) and Jarrah Winters(women).
A Grade Rookie of the Year was Jack Hatcher.
The weekly competitions are run by small sub committees, and the club looking for help with the seniors, juniors and winter competitions.
These committees are supported through other roles including a games co-ordinator, referee co-ordinator, coaching and training roles, judiciary, media, publicity and fundraising.
