Centennial rezone proposal
Councillors will vote on a planning proposal to rezone Centennial Vineyards from E3 Environmental Management to SP3 Tourist. A planning proposal was lodged by Lee Environmental Planning. The recommendation by council staff is not to support the proposal.

Station Street
The Station Street Upgrade will once again be brought to council. Councillor Ian Scandrett has submitted a Notice of Motion which calls for council to commission an update on the Bowral Town Centre Distributor Road Economic Analysis and confirm the number and location of all day car parking spaces that would be lost through the upgrade.It also asks council use coloured ribbons to highlight which trees would stay and which ones would be removed.
Superfluous land
Any land which council may not need could be sold off to pay down the loan on the Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre. Councillor Garry Turland has submitted a Notice of Motion for the May 9 meeting that council conducts an information session for councillors to review all its land that may be superfluous to its needs with a view to selling such land. He has proposed that the funds go towards paying the loan on MVWMAC.
Development charges
Councillors will decide whether the approved moratorium on Water and Sewer Development Servicing Plan contributions also applies to payments made between September 15, 2017 and April 6, 2018. April 6 was the starting date of the six week moratorium period for applications determined prior to September 15. The moratorium finishes on May 18.
