Blondies corner shop in Mittagong will be running the giveaway all day and owner Linda Davis said it was a thank you to those who served.
"It's a thank you to any serviceman or woman, past or present," she said.
"We owe them a debt and I don't think a banger sandwich, as they called it 100 years ago, and a coffee is going to break me."
Ms Davis' uncle and father both served in the military.
She will commemorate the centenary of Anzac Day at the parade in Moss Vale where her two grandchildren will march.
