The Cupcake Co founder opened her first store along the Old Hume Highway at the end of March, which has been selling out of tasty cupcakes every day since opening.
"I get satisfaction from making something wholesome," she said.
The love of baking began with cooking with her mother and grandmother, and collecting fresh eggs off her farm growing up.
It grew from a passion for baking for her family, friends and charities, to an online business, where all of the cakes are made and designed by her.
Mrs Francipane became a friendly face in the pandemic when people ordered cupcakes to loved ones, which the founder accompanied with handwritten messages.
People might have also spotted her at the Moss Vale Show when The Cupcake Co has held cupcake decorating classes.
She said her customers encouraged her to open a store when the opportunity in Berrima came up, and she has already received positive messages from people in the Highlands, and beyond.
The business' Instagram page already has close to 5400 followers at the time of publication.
When people entered her store, she said it was lovely to see their moods lift.
"It's so rewarding to see someone say 'Isn't that beautiful?'" she said.
Her work day starts at home, with the oven being turned on at 5am, and two KitchenAids going simultaneously.
As one batch goes in the oven, Mrs Francipane is working on the other, and all of the cupcakes are decorated and taken to the shop.
The amount of cupcakes varies daily, with 400 being made on the weekends.
The shop is open daily from 10am to 4pm, and people can still purchase cupcakes online.
