Stone putt

The competition is like shot put, and the stone will be thrown with different techniques for distance.
Each competitor will have three attempts, and their best throws will be recorded for the final score.
Weight for height
For this event, competitors toss a 25 kilogram weight over a cross bar with one hand.
They get three attempts for each height, and the bar will be raised until one athlete is left.

Caber toss
The Caber Toss is considered the signature event of the heavyweight events.
Measuring about 20 metres in length and weighing about 68 kilograms, the caber stands in the hands of an athlete and has to be balanced and flipped.
The perfect score is a 12 o'clock.
Hammer throw
A hammer with a metal ball on its end weighing between seven and ten kilos is thrown for distance.
For the event, the competitor has their back in the direction of the throw, cannot spin and has blades fixed to the bottom of his boots that anchor him to the ground.
They have to wind the hammer around his head as fast as possible.
Weight throw
For this competition, athletes have to throw a 13 kilogram metal block that is fixed to a chain and handle, with one hand.
They have to throw behind a specific point and spin twice before releasing it.
