Award-winning singer Sir Tom Jones will headline at the popular event at Centennial Vineyards, on March 23.
The performance is part of his Ages and Stages tour.
He is known for hits such as It's Not Unusual, the James Bond theme Thunderball and What's New Pussycat?, and has won Grammys, BRIT Awards, a Silver Clef award, a Music Industry Trusts Award, and a Hitmaker Award from the US Songwriters Hall of Fame.
He will be joined by award-winning singer-songwriter, actress, author and philanthropist Delta Goodrem and the South Australian indie-pop rock band Germein.
Throughout her career, Ms Goodrem has had five number one albums, nine number one singles, 17 top 10 hits, won 12 ARIA Awards, a Silver Logie and three World Music Awards.
Germein's members and sisters Georgia, Ella and Clara Germein have already joined Mr Jones on tour across the United Kingdom.
They will perform a variety of their hits, as well as new songs during the show.
Germein was nominated for two South Australian Music Awards in 2023 and won the People's Choice Pop Award in 2019 and 2020.
The band will hit the stage at 4.35pm followed by Ms Goodrem at 5.45pm and Mr Jones from 7.30pm.
The car park opens at 2pm and the gates will open at 3pm.
Other stars who have performed at A Day on the Green in Bowral include Alicia Keys, Sir Rod Stewart, Crowded House, Leonard Cohen, INXS and Lionel Richie.

The remaining tickets are $145 for the general admission lawn and silver reserved seating for $175.
