The centre, which is a main focus of the hospital's $55 million stage two redevelopment, is expected to be fully operational by this time.
It will include general medicine, geriatrics, diabetes podiatry and respiratory clinics and allied health services and therapy spaces.
Services and spaces to be included are for physiotherapy, speech pathology, cardiac rehabilitation and diagnostics, occupational therapy, social work and dietetics.
It will be where the former administration building is located.
The Mr Warner said patients were in separate buildings at the moment, and would be brought together to "provide good, holistic care", and integrate services.
The historic building's 1930s features, such as the facade, plants and rose garden will be maintained.
The former Milton Park building, which will become the general services building, was expected to be finished by mid-2025, the general manager said.
It will include an administrative unit, clinic information department, education and simulation centre, a new mortuary, back-of-house services and a loading dock.
Old buildings will also be demolished as part of stage two, with the rest of the stage due to be completed by mid-2025, the general manager said.
The Berrima Cottage Hospital however will remain, but will be renovated.
