Motorists are advised there will be traffic changes from this week in Sutton Forest northbound on the Hume Highway, for resurfacing work.
The northbound exit and entry ramps at the Sutton Forest West Service Centre will be closed between 7pm and 5am on February 9 and 10, on both nights.
There will be no northbound access to the service centre from the highway during these times.
The closest 24-hour service centres to Sutton Forest are at Pheasants Nest and Marulan.
Night work will also be carried out on the highway northbound from Hanging Rock Road to Sallys Corner Road, from February 11 to 20, from 10am to 5pm weather permitting.
A reduced speed limit of 40km/h and single lane closures will be in place during this period.
Motorists should allow up to five minutes additional travel time, drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
