This is one of many five star reviews on the Strawberry and Bumble's website about one of its bags, and a comment that makes director and founder Brianna Nance smile.
The small business sells backpacks, carry-all bags for cosmetics, tote bags and laptop cases.
It started out as a creative outlet while at university, and the Highlands resident sewing each piece individually, posting pictures on social media.
The overwhelming response and demand for more meant that the business could officially launch, and she had to outsource production when the demand exceeded expectations.
Every time the young entrepreneur releases a collection, it sells out shortly afterwards.
Since launching the business in 2022, products have been sent to more than 30 countries, and seen by more than five million people via TikTok and Instagram.
Happy customers even send photos of their purchases, and the founder has stumbled across Strawberry and Bumble products on other's Pinterest boards.
"It's just so awesome to see that people react to my stuff," she said.
Inspired by her parents who are also business owners, the Wollondilly Anglican College graduate was not sure what to pursue after finishing school in 2021.
Enrolled in a Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University, it all changed when her Year 12 Textiles and Design project was exhibited in the TexStyle exhibition; which showcases the best pieces in the state.
It made the business owner think more about her passion for sewing, cosmetics, and the desire to start her own business.
Miss Nance also looked at a sewing book passed down by her late-grandmother from the 1960s, and florals and nature in the Highlands.
"I just love that it combines everything I'm passionate about - design and makeup," she said.
"It's very cool to have so many people love something that I have created."
As a business owner, the director has to learn all facets of owning a business which while can be challenging, is something she has loved doing.
She advises other budding entrepreneurs to pursue something they are passionate about without overthinking it, because it can lead to something they did not imagine.
The founder is due to finish university in 2025 and hopes to expand her product range after she graduates.
She said it would not have been possible without the support from her friends and family.
