Lifeblood, which is run by the Australian Red Cross, is making its way to swimming centre in Bowral with a mobile donor centre.
It follows the organisation's push for more donations over the Christmas period.
According to Lifeblood, only 3.5 per cent of Australians are regular blood donors, and one donation can save up to three lives.
More than 1.7 million donations a year, or three every minute, are needed nationwide.
Blood donations are used for patients impacted by cancers and blood diseases, anaemia, road accidents and traumas, organ and non-orthopaedic surgeries, diseases, as well as fracture and joint replacements.
Regular donations can be made every 12 weeks.
Bowral resident Valentina Borbone has been "religiously" donating blood for 32 years and said everyone could do their part to make a difference.
The mobile centre will be on Mittagong Road on January 9 and 10 (12pm to 6pm), January 11 and 12 (10am to 4pm) and January 13 (10am to 1.30pm).
People can book a time to donate through lifeblood.com.au/blood, or calling 13 14 95.
