Their annual tradition of decorating trees in the Leighton Gardens in wooly wraps made from patches they have knitted and recycled, has made a comeback.
The trees are being warmed up from the cold with the wraps earlier this year, to accommodate for the tulips that have been planted in the lead-up to Tulip Time.
This means people of all ages can admire the crocheted spider, see knitted animals and suns, along with a myriad of colours, for longer.
Moss Vale Evening CWA President Jennifer Bowe OAM said she hoped they could be displayed until the October long weekend.
As the ladies have been busy getting the trees ready for winter, many have come to have a look.
"When we've been putting them up, we've had such loving comments and happy faces," she said.
Many of the people who have approached were from the Highlands, but others have resided in Sydney, interstate and even someone from South America.
"That's what it's about - making people smile," Mrs Bowe OAM said.
Winter Warmers started started in 2020 to bring joy to residents in lockdown, and has been a hit year after year.
A total of 24 trees have been decorated in 2023.
It is not just wraps that will brighten the gardens - the trees will also be decorated with hundreds of pom-poms made by students from Moss Vale Public and High School, as well as St Paul's Catholic Primary School.
"[We are] really happy that the community welcomes it when they come back, the president said.
It has not just been the Winters Warmers that has kept the ladies busy - they have also extended their support and provided donations to Avoca Public School for their library after it was impacted by damage, and The Vocal Muster.
Members have also been involved in various statewide projects with the CWA, such as offering support to families in crisis who spend extended periods of time with sick children in hospital.
Another item on the agenda is a Christmas in July stall with baked Christmas goodies, which will be held on July 6 in front of the Bendigo Bank.
