Sid Jeffrey welcomed everyone to the dawn service and introduced the people who spoke.
Adan Davis from Wingecarribee Shire Council said it was important to "honour the tenacity and resilience... heroism of the Anzacs."

Hunter Hanthorn and Jasmine Linardon from Hill Top Public School, and Wollondilly Anglican College student Hannah White all provided an Anzac address.
Hannah wore the medals her great-grandfather earned in World War Two, and also wanted to honour the efforts of her grandfather, who served in the Vietnam War.
Mr Jeffrey thanked the students, who were among many others, who attended.
The Community Band performed throughout the service.
People gathered to enjoy a hot breakfast and morning tea afterward.
