The former environmental and human rights lawyer, known as Cai, is making her way to the Robertson Anglican Church, with the Australian Sewing Guild's (ASG) Highlands to the Sea Region.
The event will begin at 10am on March 18.
The illustrator is also a lecturer at the Institute of Creative Arts and Technology in Sydney, and hosts workshops.

Morning tea is included.
The event costs $15 for ASG members, $20 for visitors and $10 for students.
For people interested in becoming ASG members, it is an annual fee of $50.
