Craig David Boland is yet to enter a plea in the case, which was mentioned in Moss Vale Local Court today [February 20].

The 46-year-old now faces four charges including did steal certain property of the value of $150; two counts of break and enter, destroy property value greater than $60,000; and intentionally or recklessly damage property by fire/explosive domestic violence related.
The matter went before Magistrate Mark Douglass who excused Boland from appearing if he was legally represented.
Boland did not appear. He was represented on the day by solicitor Elliot Rowe.
The DPP confirmed that all "charges have been filed" and the case was put down for a committal hearing on Monday, April 17.
Boland must report to police three days a week.
