The historic building was built in 1896 at a cost of 2527 pounds and was designed by Walter Liberty Vernon who was appointed government architect in 1890.
At the time, the Court House was described as having a Scottish character and being a complement to the architecture of the Southern Highlands region.
Raine and Horne Commercial are pleased to be able to offer for sale by public auction this unique and historic opportunity to purchase the court house.
The property comprises of a reception area, a main court room area, a kitchen area that can be utilised as a commercial kitchen, storerooms, bathrooms and disabled bathrooms, as well as onsite parking as well as street and council car parking.
It is not currently tenanted.
