The renowned indoor adventure park, which is in 60 locations worldwide, is being built in collaboration between Flip Out and Carton Real Estate.
The premises would be 1200 square metres, and a place where Carlton Real Estate's director Simon Pikkat, said people could "challenge themselves in a safe environment, and learn new skills."
"We are very excited to assist in bringing such a fantastic business to the Southern Highlands that caters to all ages and abilities", he said.
Children and adults can let loose together improving their physical fitness," said Flip Out Australia and New Zealand's director Steven Stone.
Other activities that will be offered to adventure lovers include wall running, indoor climbing, trampolining and a soft play area for toddlers.
An in-house café, a space for parties of all ages and function areas for children's parties will also be in the building.
People can also book parties after dark.
"Our event options are very popular and a great option when factoring in ever increasing weather contingency," Mr Stone said.
It is being built at 6-8 Pikkat Drive, within the real estate agency's park.
The indoor activity hub is due to open in the middle of 2023.
