People got a taste of one of the the region's most loved Scottish affairs in Bundanoon over the weekend.

The Bundanoon Hotel was home to a Brigadoon celebration on August 6, after the annual festival was cancelled and postponed throughout the year due to weather conditions.
Attendees sported their best tartan and had the chance to listen to different bands, dancing, Scottish poetry, tasty food and children got to play games.
The Bundanoon Highland Gathering Inc (BHGI) worked hard on organising the event.

BHGI President and stand-in chieftain Peter Rocca addressed the crowd, and said he looked forward to the "fifth attempt" of the festival on April 1, 2023.
Pipe bands from the Highlands, Goulburn, St George, Ingleburn and Orange brought the sounds of Scotland and bagpipes to the celebration.
Attendee Charles Ironside said it was great to see support from bands outside of the district.
There was not just the sound of bagpipes in the air - fiddler extraordinaire Bob McInnes and keyboard player Marianna Mitchell entertained guests in the dining room.
Peter Carter said he went along in a "spur of the moment" decision and "had a great day".
