"With the rising costs on families and our club wanting to have juniors for the first time in over 10 years, with the support of our sponsors we are doing something probably not seen in Highlands cricket," a statement read.
"Our club is committed to growing and driving junior participation in the Northern Villages.
"With 33 sports of $0 registration available and a new $170k training facility at Boronia Park ready by start of the season, it's time for your son or daughter to try cricket in the summertime."
Parents who are interest can contact the club's Facebook page for more details.
