The first half neither team could get a break in the match and after 11 ends team gear held a 12-10 lead.
Solid play from lead Ian Crow had team Morales take the lead 14-13 on the 15th end, only for team Gear to come back and regain the lead 18-14 on the 17th end.
Team Morales won the next two ends to take a 20-18 lead but team Gear wanted the win more and came home strong to win the last two ends and take the match by three shots.

The players who have been to the pennant training sessions have been putting in the hard yards under the eye of the coaches.
