Wingecarribee Shire Council will be conducting works on Donkin Avenue in Moss Vale on Tuesday May 3.
A temporary work zone will be established to renew the road and adjacent parking bay line-markings including a designated disability parking area.
Donkin Avenue is located adjacent to Council's Moss Vale Civic Centre and the works are one of the final tasks of the building's refurbishment.
The contractor undertaking the works will divert traffic around the work zone for the single-day operation if required.
Current one-way traffic movements will be retained once the temporary closure has been lifted.
All line-marking works are weather dependent and in the event of rain the planned closure will be re-scheduled.
Council thanked motorists and pedestrians in advance for their cooperation and apologised for any inconvenience.
