Artists of all ages got together to create unique sculptures made from 80 per cent recycled materials for a competition in the Highlands over the weekend.

The Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens (SHBG) in Bowral, featured sculptures from preschoolers, students and adults from the Highlands and Tablelands.
The sculptures were entered in the Sculptures in the Garden competition at the Earth Hour event on March 26.
Judges Dr Pamela James and SHAC Robertson artistic director Jane Cush said it was a difficult decision to pick the winners.
"We are very pleased to see the high standard of work put into the exhibition overall," they said.

"It hasn't been an easy time for any of us and to still draw quality entries is reassuring and rewarding for the hardworking Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens team."
The judges revealed that Gib Gate's colourful chair won the primary school entry.
"It is a bright beacon in the gardens and reminds us all to take time to smile and enjoy the flowers," the judges said.
Year 9 and 10 students from Aurora Steiner High School took out the high school award for their clever bird made out of bracken, wood and other recycled materials.
"We particularly liked the beak! It makes a strong ecological statement about endangered birds and their habitat," Dr James and Ms Cush said.
Goulburn artist Tracy Luff and creator Tracy Hopkirk were awarded equal prize money in the SHBG Sculpture Prize category.
Ms Luff's Recapturing the Soul follows is a continuation of her previous cardboard sculptures, but is more refined through the use of of discarded pallets to create upward spirals.
Ms Hopkirk's Life and Death and everything in between, is a poetic work about nature's sometimes fragile existence and makes references to the womb and DNA.
"Tracy has woven collected wombat rib bones into a nest filled with blown glass eggs containing talismans that speak to her," the judging panel said.
Ian Carroll's Barbmobile won the People's Choice Award.
