Commuters are advised to Picton for trains to Campbelltown, avoid non-essential travel where possible and allow additional travel time.
Replacement buses are being arranged.
Transport NSW announced on March 6 that inspections were going to be undertaken on tracks across the state due to the severe weather last week.

The announcement said that motorists were allowed to use T2 and T3 transit lanes on roads today (March 7) without being fined.
The lanes have been opened to alleviate traffic congestions.
