Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier Songs From The Book Of Life
- February 23, Bowral Bowling Club, 6-11pm
Deborah and Willy are coming together to spread joy in the Highlands. The dynamic duo have released many albums together, and will perform a selection of songs in Bowral.
People can reserve their tickets until 3pm on February 23. Tickets can be secured here.
Finding Your Way
- February 24-March 1, Bowral Art Gallery, 10am-4pm
Discover a collection of artworks which reflect nine artists' passions and creative flairs. The group of artists from the Finding Your Way community have been supporting each other through lockdown, which is reflected through the works.
Railway Street Farmers Market
- February 24, Corners of Railway Street and Spring Street, Moss Vale, 3-6pm
Grab some seasonal produce harvested by local growers this week. Highlanders also have the opportunity to meet the growers at the market.

Ngununggula Nights
- February 25, Ngununggula, 6-9pm
Enjoy live music, cocktails, late-night art viewing and food by Hearth by Moonacres this week! members from The Vocal Muster will perform this Friday.
Tickets for adults are $15 each, $12 for concession holders and $35 for a family. Tickets can be purchased here.
Live Music with Ell Regan
- February 25, Robertson Public House, 7.30-10.30pm
Kick back and enjoy some music with a meal this week in Robertson. This is Ell's farewell gig before she leaves the Highlands.

End of Summer Plant and Produce Stall
- February 26, Southern Highland Botanic Gardens, 9am-1pm
Come along and discover a range of produce and second-hand books. Attendees can also enjoy a barbecue, cake stall and coffee cart.
Yerrinbool Produce Market
- February 26, Yerrinbool Station, 10am-1pm
The fourth Saturday of the month means the Yerrinbool garden market! Eggs, jams and recycled goods are also for sale.
Southern Highlands Food and Wine Festival
- February 26-27, Moss Vale Showground
Food and wine lovers will discover an alfresco area full of local eateries, regional producers and markets, with the sound of live music in the air, at this festival.
Attendees can also learn more about sustainable eating with 12 experts in the Olsson's Salt Sessions.
General tickets for the festival are $30 per person, which includes a tasting glass and access to all of the market stalls and live music.
THE VIP experience is $150 per person and includes express access, entry to the VIP marquee and facilities, private parking, a glass of bubbly on arrival, access to all the growers, preferential access to the Porsche in Motion activation and Porsche test drive bookings.
But that is not all.
VIP ticketholders also get a gift box of Riedell glasses valued at $75, the opportunity to taste the classic Chardonnay Chateau d'Yquem, and a valet service for your purchased wines once you exit.

Sunday Painters with India Mark
- February 27, Ngununggula, 10am-1pm
Painters from beginners to advanced can come along to learn portrait techniques from India Mark. The artist will guide attendees through portrait compositions, as everyone paints from a live clothed model. Attendees will also be taught how to mix colours and how to master the 'wet on wet' technique with oil paints.
Spots are $127.69 each which includes the booking fee and all of the materials. Classes are limited to 10 people and those interested can book their spot here.
The Cockatoo Run
- February 27, Central Station, from 8.30am
Take a journey from Sydney to the Highlands and explore coastal scenery with the Cockatoo Run this weekend. The train goes from Sydney to Robertson or Moss Vale via Wollongong.
The train will stop at the Summit Tank for picturesque views of Lake Illawarra and the Tasman Sea, before continuing to Robertson or Moss Vale where you can enjoy lunch and relax.
Attendees have the opportunity to get off or continue the route from the summit Tank to the Highlands.
Exhibition: The Dingo Project
- Until March 6, Ngununggula
The Dingo Project highlights the talents of artists such as Danie Mellor, Karla Dickens, Blak Douglas, Lin Onus, Garth Lena, Michael Cook and Fiona Foley.
The project has been curated by Aboriginal curator and writer Djon Mundine OAM FAHA, and pays tribute to Mittagong and the many dingoes that lived in the area long ago.
Frances Madden: Beautiful World Tour
- March 5, Bowral Bowling Club, 6-11pm
Come along and listen to singer-songwriter and piano player Frances Madden. Frances will perform a covers and classics, as well as songs from her album.
The contemporary swing, jazz, blues and ballad singer will be accompanied by Carl Dewhurst on guitar, Brett Hirst on double bass, Tim Geldens on drums, Ray Cassar on trumpet and Hammond on the organ.

Trivia Night: Getting Korina back on the road
- March 11, Mittagong RSL, 6.30pm
COVID meant that this event was on hold, but it is making a comeback in March. Korina Valentine was suddenly admitted to different hospitals seven years ago, when she was eventually diagnosed with Sepsis.
She has had parts of her limbs removed and is learning how to walk with prosthetics, and now how to drive. Korina's family is determined to raise awareness for Sepsis and funds for this next part of her journey.
Tickets are $60 each which include a two-course meal and trivia.
They can be purchased at the RSL desk, by calling 4872 6700 or on the Reaching 4 Korina site.
Attendees can also purchase two raffle tickets for five dollars and have the chance to win a variety of prizes. First prize is a $1500 Helloworld Travel voucher, second prize is a ThePosh Picnic Co voucher for two with Mumm champagne, and third prize is a Rochelle Adonis Cakes and Confections high tea.
Charity Golf Day for Korina Valentine
- March 13, Mittagong Golf Club, 11.45am-6pm
Come along for a fun day out whilst raising funds for a worthwhile cause. All funds raised from the golf day will go back into Reaching 4 Korina.
Tickets are $75 each and include a barbecue lunch, rounds of golf, a gift bag and the chance to win some trophies. Attendees can come in teams of four, and also play some novelty holes and have the chance to enter the raffle and win prizes.
Golf carts are limited but can also be hired for $40 each.

Beyond Ordinary: Contemporary Women Makers
- Until April 3, Sturt, 11am-5pm daily
Dale Dryen and Ruth Thompson have come together and curated an exhibition full of female timber masters and artists. Twenty-eight creators will feature in the exhibition full of wood crafts and bronze, ceramic mosaic and porcelain pieces.
