The 136th show will run from March 18 to 20 at the Moss Vale Showground.
Moss Vale Show and District AH & I Society secretary Edwina Grant said the committee was still finalising the schedule, but there was lots to look forward to.
"It'll be a full show," she said.
"[We want people] to come to Moss Vale for the entertainment and exhibitors."
The Sunday Rev and Demolition are due to make a comeback, along with all the usual cows, horse, poultry and pavilion competitions.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to grab showbags and enjoy rides at the event.
Highlanders also have the opportunity to get their hair looking its best if they want to enter the Moss Vale Mullet Competition on March 19.
Children under the ages of 12 and 18 and adults can enter.
Ms Grant said that the Saturday would be the "most entertaining day".
This is a welcoming change after the show was closed to the public last year in the height of lockdown.
The 139th Robertson Show is also due to go ahead from March 11 to 12 at the Robertson Showground.
