Golden Roosters: Tai Chi on the lawn
- From February 1, Ngununggula, 9.30-10.30am
Highlanders can connect with their inner selves and calm surroundings every Tuesday with some Tai Chi. Tai Chi with instructor Stephen Atkinson will guide participants through different meditation exercises.
It is $159.34 which includes the booking fee for classes until March 29. Bookings can be made via Eventbrite.
Wednesday Warriors: Yoga in the gallery
- From February 2, 1 Art Gallery Lane, 9-10am
Recharge and re-energise with yoga at Ngununggula Gallery. Yoga teacher Christobel Hughes will guide you through mindfulness, breathing techniques and yoga moves.
The booking is $159.34 including the booking fee for the term, and covers classes until March 30. Bookings can be secured through Eventbrite.
Railway Street Farmers Market
- February 3, Corners of Railway Street and Spring Street, Moss Vale, 3-6pm
Grab some seasonal produce harvested by local growers this week. Highlanders also have the opportunity to meet the growers at the market.

New movies
- From February 3 and 5, Empire Cinemas
Three new movies will be released this week. Judie Dench and Jamie Dornan will feature in Belfast from February 3 and the space mystery Moonfall will be released on the same day. The story of a prominent Jewish family will come to life in the play Leopoldstadt, which can be watched from February 5. The play was filmed in London's West End.

Ngununggula Nights
- February 4, Ngununggula, 6-9pm
Enjoy live music, cocktails, late-night art viewing and food by Hearth by Moonacres this week! Ross Webb and the Rusted Tracks will perform this Friday.
Tickets for adults are $15 each, $12 for concession holders and $35 for a family. Tickets can be purchased here.
Crop Swap Robertson
- February 5, Robertson CTC, 9-10.30 am
Highlanders have the chance to grab fresh and seasonal fruits, vegetables and eggs this week. A table is set up for people to put their produce, and swap with others. Attendees must adhere to social distancing and wear a mask. Magazines, plants and flowers are also welcome.
Art and... with Djon Mundine
- February 5, Ngununggula, 11am-1pm
Curator Djon Mundine OAM FAHA and exhibiting artists Danie Mellor, Judith Crispin, Warwick Keen, Teena McCarthy, Trish Levett and Blak Douglas will come together to discuss the stories told in The Dingo Project. Teena McCarthy and Judith Crispin will also read poetry.

Exeter Market
- February 5, Exeter Park, 9am-1.30pm
Discover stalls full of fresh produce, bric-a-brac, hot food, knitwear, leather goods, handmade candles and so much more. You can also taste wine at the market.
Attendees must bring their own sanitiser and practice social distancing.
Harper's Mansion Open Days
- February 5-6, Harper's Mansion
Come and explore the gardens or have a picnic at a historical mansion in Berrima. Attendees are advised to secure a ticket for a timed entry in advance. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite.
Summer Members Exhibition
- Until February 6, Bowral Art Gallery, daily from 10am-4pm
Discover a collection of artworks by members of the gallery. There will be a variety of mediums and subject matters on display.
Attendees must keep their distance and adhere to COVID safety regulations.
Bundanoon Makers Market
- February 6, Bundanoon Public School, 8.30am-2.00pm
The third Sunday of the month means the Bundanoon Makers Markets are back! Be dazzled by stalls offering fresh produce, flowers, arts, crafts, woodwork, ceramics, jewellery and natural products from stallholders far and wide.
Sunday Painters
- February 6, Ngununggula, 10am-1pm
Highlanders can learn artistic techniques from the masters this month. Halinka Orszulok will offer guidance on painting nighttime landscapes this weekend, and help you recreate her Glover Prize winning work 'Ponies'.
All the materials and equipment will be supplied, and classes are limited to 10 people. The class costs $127.69 which includes the booking fee. You can book your spot via Eventbrite.
Exhibitions at the SHAC
- Until February 14, the SHAC, Friday to Monday 10am-4pm
There are three exhibitions on display in Robertson. Discover how Highlands artist Tilly Myers brings Australian flora to life in Playing Beatie Botanicals. NIDA graduate and lover of the performing arts Julie Haseler Reilly has a variety of sculptures on display in Loco Rococo. ArtistPoss Keech also has an eclectic range of drawings and paintings in her second solo show Transformations.
Art lovers can also purchase artworks from the showcases online.
