Defence lawyer for Mr Paull, Ian Ratcliff appeared via audio-visual link in Moss Vale Court on January 24 and asked for a special fixture set over two days.
Mr Paull did not appear in court.
Magistrate Mark Douglass said the matter would be heard on June 22 and 23, 2022 at Moss Vale Court.
Mr Paull pleaded not guilty to a common assault charge which allegedly occurred at a licensed venue on Argyle Street, Moss Vale on March 9, 2021.
