The 'finger lickin good' menu has been downsized in some areas as stores come to terms with a low supply of chicken.
A statement from KFC said their supply chain and workforce had been impacted by the latest COVID-19 outbreak.
"Rest assured we're doing all we can to get back to fryin' everyone's faves as soon as possible." it read.
"This isn't the way we wanted to start the year, please be kind to each other, and our staff as they do their best to provide the chicken we all love."
In some good news for residents in Goulburn, the KFC on Auburn Street, remains relatively unaffected.
A store spokesperson said they weren't currently operating on a reduced menu.
In Marulan, a store spokesperson said they had received their regular delivery, with everything still on the menu.
"It's going okay at the moment," they said.
Over in the Highlands, KFC Mittagong said they were similarly unaffected by the chicken shortage.
