The winery's 2019 Noble received top gold and was named the Best Dessert Wine in Show.
The award recognises high altitude wines that were produced with grapes grown 500 metres above sea level.
The Mittagong-based winery was one of three wineries in the region that received top accolades.
"Overall, it's good for the region, for other Highlands wineries that got top trophies in the show," the Tertini Wines winemaker said.
"It helps build upon our reputation [and] consistency in letting the public know there are decent wines to try in the Highlands."
Cherry Tree Hill was awarded the Best Pinot Noir in Show with their 2019 Hayden Reserve and Centennial Vineyards won Best Sparkling in Show for their NV Limited Releases Blanc de Blancs.
The dessert wine was not the only wine from Tertini Wines which was bestowed with a medal.
The winery's 2018 Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded gold and the 2019 Pinot Noir won silver.
The 2019 makes of Yaraandoo Vineyard Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Southern Highlands Pinot Blanc and this year's Prosecco all received bronze medals.
Tertini Wines cool climate wines have been recognised and rewarded trophies and gold medals at the Australian Highlands Wine Show in 2018.
The winning wines were the 2018 Southern Highlands Pinot Gris, Private Cellar Ferment Arneis from 2017 and their 2017 Noble Dessert Wine.
Cool climates are at the heart of Tertini Wines, and Mr Holgate said it was great to enter a competition against other wines that had the same focus.
Eighty-eight awards were given out, and 41 of those went to winemakers in the Highlands.
One-hundred-and-twenty-six wines from 33 wineries across Australia were entered in this year's competition.
