Even though the swimmers have not been able to access the pool for training during this most recent lockdown period, it did not reflect in the times that they set on Friday night.
Personal best times were smashed across all age groups and in all events.
A special mention to Jessica Wray, who set a new personal best time of 28.83 in the 50m Freestyle. A quick time like this hasn't been seen in the club for quite a while. Congratulations Jessica.
As well as focusing on achieving personal best times, the club prides itself on providing an environment for all abilities.
The older swimmers get in the water alongside the younger ones who need that extra little bit of encouragement.
Moss Vale Swimming Club is now a registered member with Swimming NSW, providing its members the opportunity to compete further afield. This month, the club has been proudly sponsored by Celebrate The Love, Tap 'n' Drain Plumbing, and Hunstone Garden Artistry.
These community minded businesses have stepped right up with their generous support which has been truly appreciated by the committee and the club members.
If you would like any further information about the club please contact Kirrilee at mossvaleswim@gmail.com.
