"Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt must act to address mounting evidence of an under supply of vaccine doses for Southern Highlands families to access," he said.
"I have written to the minister demanding an immediate review of the supply and allocation process for the Moderna vaccine.
"Local health providers are telling me there is simply not enough vaccine to go around despite strong enthusiasm among Highlands residents to protect themselves and the community by getting the jab."
Mr Jones said one pharmacy had informed his office that they were given one day's supply in their recent allocation, which was booked out within 15 minutes and left a waiting list of more than 700 people.
"Southern Highlands families have been locked down for more than a month," he said.
"Yet it seems when it comes to the vaccine rollout, it does not apply and local families are being forced to wait.
"This is not good enough and I call on Minister Hunt to boost the allocation of Moderna to our health providers."
