Elise Rodgers, 35, who many knew as a friendly staff member at the store for the last six years, passed away suddenly on August 16.
In the last few weeks, her friends and fellow staff at Moss Vale Coles have pulled together a raffle to help raise funds to support her three young children, Taven, 10, Ariella, 6 and Zander, 4.

"Elise's passing was very sudden and unexpected," said raffle organiser Amy Bishop.
"She had many friends and family across the Highlands and New Zealand who will miss her terribly.
"She was always up for a chat she was very bubbly, and would talk to anybody."
Amy added that the children "are lucky enough to have wonderful fathers and supportive family to care for them."
The money will be held in trust by Elise's mother to be used for expenses for the three children, who are currently living with their fathers.
The raffle includes donations from beauty, food and other retailers, and will be drawn next Monday, October 11.
Tickets ($5 each or five for $20) can be bought at Moss Vale Coles, and there are also tins at the registers for donations.
"We reached out to local businesses who all donated a lot for prizes," said Amy.
"The amount of generosity community has shown is incredible."
There is also a GoFundMe page that has raised almost $5500. To donate directly to that, click here.
