Flow Hive™ Fun
- August 18, Oxley Drive Bowral, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Bowral beekeeper Hamish Ta-mé has cancelled his face-to-face beekeeping workshops for the course of lockdown. Bee enthusiasts must not fret though - they will have the opportunity to contact Mr Ta-mé for a two hour FaceTime consultation where he will walk them through the hives and how to care for the bees.

Winter Exhibition by BDAS members
- August 20 - September 5, Bowral Art Gallery
The Bowral Art Gallery announced that doors to the space have been closed until August 22 and potentially beyond. This exhibition would have displayed works by BDAS members. The Treasured Fragments - Southern Highlands Textile and Fibre Network has also been cancelled this month.
Be Connected Information Session
- August 20, CTC Robertson, 1:00pm
Robertson CTC would need volunteers to deliver the Be Connected government initiative to residents in the Highlands. The initiative has been created to help older Australians develop confidence and skills when using the internet and everyday technology.
Digital Mentors would be needed to assist residents over the age of 50 develop basic digital skills on the internet and across a variety of devices.
The session has been postponed to next week depending on restrictions.
Mittagong Markets
- August 21, Mittagong Uniting Church, 8:00am - 2:00pm
Organisers of the markets announced on Saturday that the lockdown impacted available stallholders. The markets take place on the third and fifth Saturdays of the month. Both of the markets last month were also cancelled as a consequence of restrictions. Organisers said on Facebook that they hoped the following market on September 18 would go ahead.
Hot August Night - Pure Diamond
- August 21, Robertson Bowling Club, 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Attendees would have sung along to Neil Diamond Classics performed by Shane Tapper and the Platinum Duo. The Robertson Bowling Club website said the performance has been postponed due to restrictions, and a new date would be announced.
Harper's Mansion Open Days
- August 21, Harper's Mansion, 11:00am - 3:00pm
The historic property in the heart of Berrima has been closed until further notice. Ticketholders will be automatically refunded.
High Tea at Peppers Manor House
- August 21, Peppers Manor House, 12:00pm - 2:00pm
The weekly high tea was full of scrumptious sweet and savoury treats for everyone, with the option to add sparkling wine.

Berrima Schoolyard Markets
- August 22, Berrima Public School, 9:00am - 2:00pm
Highlanders and people statewide have flocked to the public school for Sundays filled with tasty food, local produce, a variety of stalls and activities for everyone. The market made a comeback in the region at the end of May after it was on hiatus for 15 months. Organisers said they hoped the market will return on September 26.
