The orchestra will commemorate the milestone at St Jude's tomorrow morning, with classical symphonies, and the addition of a composition dedicated to the region.
Trumpeter and helper to the orchestra John Corley will have his seven-piece composition "Highland Glimpses" debut for the occasion.
"The new composition is an opportunity to reflect on how lucky we are to live in this area," he said.
Mr Corley said that each piece varies in length, and pays tribute to a different part of the Highlands.
The orchestra's rehearsal and concert venue St Judes, the beauty of Tulip Time and the ducks that waddle across Holly Street are some of mentions.
"It was a good opportunity to write about things close to us, and things that we recognise," he said.
The piece was also commissioned through a donation made to the orchestra by WSC.
Sinfonia conductor Alan Bevis said he was astounded by how the orchestra has "evolved over the years" with members, and continuous support and interest for the group.

"The fact we have lasted 20 years is incredible," he said.
Tickets for tomorrow's concert are $20 at the door, with proceeds going to Wingecarribee Shire Day Care Centres.
The Sinfonia has raised funds for local charities over the years such as the Southern Highlands Rural Fire Service Canteen, St Jude's Music Association, the National Braille Music Camp and the Southern Highlands Community Hospice.
Their concerts have also raised funds for Anglicare, Youth Off The Streets, Triple Care Farm's Sir David Martin Foundation, and the Rodmell Fund.
"I just hope people enjoy the music," Mr Beavis added.
"We have fun with it, so we hope they enjoy it."
The concert will commence at 10:30am, with QR codes and sign-in sheets at the door for guests.
The orchestra rehearses every Friday from 10:00am - 12:15pm in St Jude's Hall.
Mr Corley added that the Sinfonia is always looking for new members.
