Aunty Eleanor, who passed away in November 2020, was a well-known and much-loved advocate for education, health, country and community.
The ceremony will look back on her life and give the Southern Highlands community a chance to honour her legacy.
It is being organised by Highlands Community Centres, Jo Albany and the Wingecarribee Reconciliation Group. In a press release they described her as 'a wonderful, generous and gracious Aboriginal Elder who lived with integrity by putting her words into action.'
