Disco organiser Chris Roberson said it is "really good" for the disco to return.
"It's really good for kids to get out and about and have fun," he said.
"As long as the kids have a good time again with their friends outside school and sport."
Entry is $5, with funds going back to children in the Southern Highlands community.
Children up to the age of 14 can attend.
Mr Roberson added that the room's capacity is 238 people based on social distancing advice from the government including staff.
