People will be able to eat with their eyes with the 'Art of the Pie' exhibition at Whitewall Art Projects.
Artist and gallery director Thomas Bucich said it was an opportunity for the gallery to partake in the festival.
"Every year, Pie Time hits town and it does not relate to us," he said.
"It is a way for our artists to have fun and provide inspiration."

Mr Bucich added there will be "realistic and abstract interpretations" of the dish.
He predicted some two-dimensional and three-dimensional interpretations.
"We're hoping for some surprises," he said.
"We're hoping to see more about how the artists interpret pie, and how they feel about it."
Exhibiting artists will have the opportunity to take home a vegetable-free 23 carat gold gilded trophy.
The exhibition will be showcased in the gallery from June 5 to 19.
