Members of the public will be invited to attend a flag-raising service at the Bowral War Memorial Cenotaph.
Bowral RSL sub-branch president John Cummins said a formal dawn service would not be held.
"Members of the Bowral RSL sub-branch will gather at 6 am for a very simple flag-raising ceremony," he said.
"The sub-branch will lay a wreath, followed by the Last Post, a minutes silence and the Reveille. It will take around five minutes.
"Members of the public are welcome to attend however please observe social distancing."
The Bowral Day service march will begin at 10 am at Bong Bong St for veterans, servicemen and woman and one relative of deceased veterans marching towards Bundaroo Street, to the cenotaph.
Bong Bong Street until Bundaroo Street will be closed to traffic until 12 pm.
Those in the parade need to register and observe social distancing.
At 11 am the service will begin within the War Memorial Park, entry to the park is restricted to 200 seated persons.
Commodore Matthew Doornbos of the Royal Australian Navy will deliver the Anzac Day address.
Commodore Doornbos was born on the Gold coast and joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1990.
He has had many postings at sea and, ashore and overseas.
During his service, he has commanded the Her Majesty Australian Ships Geelong, Ballarat, Anzac, Toowoomba and Stuart.
He was promoted to Commodore in December 2020 and assumed the position of Director General Navy Information Warfare in January 2021.
Wreath laying at this service will be restricted to those organisations with a military connection, Schools, organisations.
The general public is asked to lay a wreath before 10 am or after 12 pm.
Mr Cummins said spectators were welcomed to attend all the events.
"Please observe social distancing and if asked to register with any NSW Government agency that may be in attendance," he said.
No seating will be provided outside of the War Memorial Park.
