The event, held every year, is designed to show the club's gratitude to the many female supporters and members who cheer on the players and contribute their time to the Blacks.
"It's always a good day to look after the girls who support the players on the field every week," club president, Mark Freund, said.
"We put on a day every year where they can come down, enjoy hospitality, and enjoy the entertainment."
The club will set aside the upstairs area of its clubhouse for its female supporters, who will get a free glass of champagne on entry and will have food provided for them throughout the day.
The celebrations will continue into the night with a DJ, while there will also be a raffle held on the day, the proceeds from which will be donated to the McGrath Foundation.
Entry is free, but numbers are restricted to 150 so those wishing to attend will need to book a spot.
On the field, meanwhile, is expected to be a thoroughly entertaining day of matches.

It will get underway with the Colts first at 11am, before the senior matches start from 12.15pm with Third Grade.
The Blacks' senior sides will play against the Woonona Shamrocks, which Freund expects to be a physically demanding series of games.
"Shamrock will be tough, they always are. We're expecting hard games, they're always quick around the park and very fit, so we'll try to get another couple of wins on the board," he said.
After the club was not able to field any teams in 2020 due to COVID-19, there was a question mark around how a return to the field would go.
Two decisive First Grade wins in the first two rounds of the 2021 competition have left little doubt that the Blacks have handled their return exceedingly well.
"We've put a lot of things in place to make sure we perform well as a club, have a good club and atmosphere," Freund said.

"We've had a lot of good players come in this year, and we've retained a lot from 2019. Our coaches are doing a great job this year and it's starting to pay off.
"You hope it correlates to the field on Saturday, and we're lucky the boys have been putting it together on game day."
The Bowral Blacks will be back in action from 11am this Saturday, April 17, at Eridge Park.
