Achilles Aiken was travelling north with his father on Saturday, April 3 to spend Easter with his mother. The young Bodalla resident was tragically killed when the car, driven by a 43-year-old woman from Narooma, left the road near Lake Tabourie and collided with a tree.
The driver and Achilles' 47-year-old father were also killed in the crash. Another passenger, a 46-year-old man from Dalmeny, was airlifted to Canberra in a critical condition.
The GoFundMe has been started by family friend Karen Gough to help Achilles' mother Renae pay for the little boy's funeral.
She said every dollar donated would help.
"Renae has so much to deal with as you can imagine so please help me give this beautiful little man the goodbye he truly deserves," she said.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
