To celebrate the new Facebook and Instagram pages, ReFrame will host a launch party at 'The Venue' on March 12 between 4 pm and 6 pm for young people between 12 and 25.
Clinical integration manager Alice Richards said the launch party would include plenty of food, drinks, gifts, games and a cyber safety presentation.
Ms Richards said the new virtual homes were a good opportunity to talk about how everyone can live a healthy life online and provided some helpful tips to remain safe online.
"It's important to remember that images, videos and posts can spread very quickly on the internet, so we should always think before posting anything we wouldn't want everyone who knows us to see," she said.
"Being bullied or trolled on social media hurts, and it's up to all of us to discourage negativity online and help people find support if they are struggling. Other great ways to ensure safe internet use include choosing moderated forums and sites, blocking and unfollowing pages that offend us and remembering that we only see edited highlights on other people's pages.
"Turning off notifications, limiting checking social media and turning off devices an hour or more before bed can help us keep our virtual lives balanced. Research shows us that real-life relationships and social contact are the best way to build skills communicating online, so don't forget to spend time catching up with friends and family in person, as well as on your devices."
