A spokesperson from CareFlight released the following statement:
A 32-year-old skydiver has sustained serious fractures to his limbs and suspected spinal injuries when both of his parachutes did not deploy. He landed in a paddock in Wilton and lost consciousness from the impact.
CareFlight's Rapid Response Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance at 2pm and landed 15 minutes later in the paddock by the scene of the incident. NSW Ambulance paramedics were providing initial treatment.
CareFlight's specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance critical care paramedic performed a clinical assessment on the man while taking spinal precautions. They conducted an ultrasound at the scene of the incident to assess his internal injuries and administered pain relief.
The man was taken by road with NSW Ambulance under ongoing treatment from CareFlight's clinical team to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
Update 3:15pm Thursday, February 11
A sky diver has been transported to Liverpool Hospital after a parachute malfunction.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said the 30-year-old man was conscious and breathing after his parachute malfunctioned near Berwick Park Road in Wilton, located near Pheasants Nest. The spokesperson said the incident occurred before 1:45pm February 11.

They said the man had spinal, back and lower leg injuries. A Care Flight helicopter and four ambulance crews attended the scene.
A spokesperson from NSW Police said they had attended the scene and were escorting the ambulance to Liverpool Hospital.
