Not Norma Wallet though.
She still runs!
The 91-year-old managed to finish 43rd out of 63 runners in her 200th Bowral Parkrun on Saturday, February 2.
She even has an age graded record of 111.04%.
Her 200 runs equate to 1000km.
Speaking to the Southern Highland News when she turned 90-years-old, she spoke about her love for running.
"I got into running to keep active," Ms Wallet said.
"It was something to do apart from working and it has excellent benefits health wise."
Will she stop running anytime soon? No.
"I'm going to continue running until I can't walk anymore (laughs)," Ms Wallet said.
"It's a wonderful little community here at Park Run.
"It's lovely to see everyone, have a run with them, then have a social get together after the run.
"It's a really good event and I encourage everyone out there to give it a go."
Parkrun is a volunteer run free event held every Saturday morning at 8am. It is a timed 5km run.
It is a worldwide event which started in the UK in 2004.
