The Christmas window display competition was created by the Southern Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Industry and BDCU Alliance Bank.
Blooms of Bowral won $1000 courtesy of BDCU.
Owner Michelle Clayton said she was absolutely thrilled to win.
"I'd like to thank the sponsors and The Southern Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Industry for this initiative," she said.
"We thought it was a great idea and were happy to be a part of it.
"The girls were so excited.
"We just wanted to make the display look like an enchanted cave, we built it up so at night it's lit up."
One of the standout displays in the Blooms of Bowral front window is the angel made from daisies, something Michelle wanted to do for sometime.
"The daisies come from the Hay Plains. There's a young girl who goes to school here who's from Hay and said after the drought and rain she had never seen so many daisies bloom.
"They were picking them and dropping them off so that's when I thought 'oh a dress would be beautiful' and when this window display competition came up, I thought I would make her angel."
Michelle plans to take her employees out with the prize money after Valentines Day.
The SHCCI wished all the entrants well.
"We would like to thank the businesses that participated in the event and congratulate them on their wonderful displays and helping celebrate the Christmas season," they said.
